Project

I am a postdoctoral fellow in Prof. M. Salmeron's group. I'm currently working together with Ingeborg Stass on atoms and small molecules adsorbed at Ru(0001). We are using a low temperature scanning tunnelling microscope operated in an ultrahigh vacuum environment.

Education

2007 PhD in Physics, University of Basel, Switzerland

2003 MSc in Physics, University of Basel, Switzerland

Professional Experience

2007-now: Postdoc in the group of Prof. M. Salmeron
Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, USA

2004-2005: Visiting scientist in the research group of Prof. R. Bennewitz
McGill University, Montreal, Canada

2003-2007: PhD in the research group of Prof. E. Meyer
University of Basel, Switzerland
